Responsibilities
1. External Project Management Work (70%)
a. Assist BD team to complete the internal Process (including OA and SAP system) from contract drafting to signing (30%)
b. Assist PM and PL to manage the external projects, especially the projects responsible by Suzhou team (40%)
i. Follow up on project progress and reminder PL to change or initiate the payment plans based on actual progress timely
ii. Timely initiate the invoicing process in the SAP system, coordinate with the finance team, and follow up on subsequent invoice delivery and payment status
2. Other Project Management Work (30%)
a. Reminder and assist Project Leader to upload various project related documents, such as project summary, meeting minutes, important external/internal emails, phased or final study reports, etc.
b. Monthly reminder the research team to fill in the Timesheet and make preliminary statistics of human resource tracking.
c. Assist to manage accounts for various online project management systems according to project team requirements, such as ELN, Workflow, SharePoint, etc.
d. Assist PL and PM to arrange internal project meetings, such as meeting invitations, agenda, meeting slides, meeting minutes, etc.
Qualifications
1. Education/training background:
a. Education background in chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical or relevant majors
b. Degree of Master with 6+ years pharmaceutical industrial working experience is preferable, or a Degree of Bachelor with at least 8+ years of industrial working experience.
2. Knowledge/Skills:
a. Good project management, time management, and multitasking skills
b. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
c. Good computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft offices.
d. Experience of leading drug discovery projects is a plus. PMP certification will be preferred.
3. Others:
a. Strong aspiration for drug discovery work, diligent, self-motivated, independent, strong sense of responsibility.
b. Good interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externally. Effective collaboration with colleagues and partners.
