Responsibilities
1. Work in a team to develop protein and cell-based assay for antibody or ADC discovery and development. Tests samples to evaluate the binding, blocking or other bioactivity of antibodies or ADC molecules. Assay technologies may include binding assay such as ELISA, FACS; function assays such as cell proliferation assay, cytokine release assay, reporter assay; and other assay such as plasma stability, enzymatical assay.
2. Collaborate with other groups for reagent preparation, TB tests, cell line generation.
3. Responsible for up-to-date laboratory notebook that records experimental methods, materials, and results. Keep supervisor and project team informed on status of work.
4. Coordinate common laboratory tasks, perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Academic / Professional qualification
- BS with 0-5 years relevant experience and major or training in biology or biochemistry related field.
- Technical / skills training
- Be good at executing immunological methods such as ELISA, FACS, etc.
- Broad experience in cell biology, including mammalian cell culture, cell transfection, and protein expression.
- Working experience
- 0-5year working experiences in cell biology and biochemistry.
- Language ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills , fluent in English reading / writing / listening / speaking is a plus.
- Computer literacy
- Good at PC skills on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
