Responsibilities
- Act as project leader to select, validate targets; to design and promote the project progress independently or under the guidance of supervisor.
- Assay development, optimization for drug candidates screening and characterization.
- Coordinate and plan the work with internal and external functional groups.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and present ffndings to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and review study reports and contribute to scientiffc manuscripts, patents, and documents for regulatory submission (e.g., INDs, etc.).
- Lead external collaborations with industry and academic groups.
Qualifications
- Master or Ph.D. in Molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or related field.
- Strong immunology background with 3~5 years industry experience is preferred, especially in innate immunity area such as NK, Mφ, and MDSC.
- Experience in assay development of immune cell activation, polarization, cell proliferation, and cytokine detection.
- Familiar with therapeutic antibody discovery methods (hybridoma/phage display etc) and related characterization assays (epitope grouping/mapping, ADCC/CDC etc.) is a plus.
- Experimental data analysis, interpretation, summary, and presentation.
- Capabilities on independent scientiffc research, including literature investigation, project design, operation and cooperation.
