Responsibility:
- Responsible for protein analytical and participate in characterization and method development of antibody, ADC protein products from internal campaign, CRO and other sources.
- Coordinate the internal and external analytical resources in support of antibody discovery and ADC development.
- Perform data analysis and data summary; prepare progress report and present the data to upper manager or project leaders.
- Responsible for regular maintenance and management of analytical instruments.
- Responsible for maintaining/generating documents and records on daily basis, coordinate common laboratory tasks and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- MS/BS in biology or bioanalysis background with > 2 years relevant experience.
- Familiarity with antibody properties and characterization. Proficient in the use of common analytical equipment (such as HPLC, Octet, microplate reader, etc.) .
- Broad experience in protein science field, including cell culture, cell transfection, protein expression, purification and analysis is preferred.
- Strong capability of team work and handling multi-tasks, good communication skills and ability of coordinating activities cross functional groups.
- Trained in notebook recording, data analysis and report preparation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good at PC skills on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
