Job Responsibility:
- Design, perform, and optimize functional in vitro assays, including ELISA, flow-based
reporter/blocking assays (FACS), and proliferation assays to evaluate antibody activity. - Establish and maintain primary cell cultures, and conduct primary cell-based functional assays to
assess antibody mechanism of action. - Execute antibody screening and characterization workflows, from initial hit validation to lead
selection, using both plate-based and cell-based readouts. - Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data with scientific rigor, drawing meaningful
conclusions to guide project decision-making. - Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records, following company quality and
documentation standards. - Contribute to the development of new assay platforms and process improvements to increase
throughput and robustness.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience with ELISA, flow cytometry-based reporter/blocking assays,
- proliferation assays, and other functional readouts.
- Solid experience with primary cell culture (e.g., immune cells, tumor cells) and functional assay
design. - Antibody screening experience, including hit triaging and functional ranking of candidates.
- Proficiency in data analysis using statistical software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- (Preferred) Experience in therapeutic antibody drug discovery, including mechanism-of-action
