Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the full-process management of key account (order > 0.5M or MNC) projects in this BU, from project initiation to completion, including service quotations, meeting organization, resource allocation, progress monitoring, cost settlement, etc., and maintain customer relationships.
- For non-key account projects, assist the PL in completing service quotations, progress monitoring, cost settlement, etc.
- Be responsible for the full-process management of internal projects in this BU, including initiation, budgeting, progress, resources, documents, etc.
- Coordinate well with the Share Service team to ensure that all project materials are complete and the processes are smooth.
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree, in fields such as biology, genetics, immunology or pharmacy
- More than 5 years of working experience as a PM in biopharmaceutical CRO, especially in customer liaison
- Master the theories and technical methods of therapeutic antibody discovery and drug development, and have project management experience from antigen design to PCC molecule determination
- Have good communication and collaboration skills, and for PMs who interface with foreign clients, must possess excellent English oral communication skills
- Proficient in applying AI tools in daily works
