On July 9, 2025, Nona Biosciences hosted its third annual Innovation Forum—an exclusive evening event set aboard the Seaport Elite Yacht in Boston. Against the backdrop of the Boston skyline, more than 100 guests from biotech, academia, investment, and public sectors came together to celebrate scientific progress and global collaboration.

Setting the stage for an evening gathering aboard the Seaport Elite Yacht in Boston, the evening began with a welcome reception on deck, where guests networked over cocktails and conversations.

Opening remarks were delivered by Jingsong Wang, MD, PhD, Chairman of Harbour BioMed and CEO of Nona Biosciences. Dr. Wang shared reflections on the company’s cross-border mission and the rapidly evolving landscape of therapeutic innovation.


Scientific Vision: Dr. Rizwan Romee
A highlight of the evening was the academic keynote delivered by Rizwan Romee, MD, Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Haploidentical Donor Transplant Program at Dana-Farber. Dr. Romee’s talk on NK cell-based immunotherapies underscored the promise of cellular therapies and the critical role of translational research.

Public Sector Perspective with Hawa Fall and Henrietta Binortsor
Representatives from the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC), Hawa Fall, PharmD, MBA & Henrietta Binortsor, BA, highlighted statewide initiatives to drive innovation. Their remarks reinforced the value of public–private collaboration to foster biotech solutions that power life science innovation across Massachusetts.

Global Perspective: Professor Erwei Song

Joining from Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Professor Erwei Song presented compelling research on Next-generation RNA Vaccines in Tumor Immunotherapy, bridging scientific communities across borders and showcasing novel translational strategies.
