Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain mammalian cell lines for internal and external projects
- Perform mammalian cell transfections, lentivirus productions and transductions
- Perform flow cytometry for binding assays, immunophenotyping and cell-based functional assays
- Perform ELISA/MSD to determine antibody titers in immunized mice and to quantify cytokine levels in cell supernatants from primary cell-based functional assays
- Perform primary human immune cell isolation, culture and differentiation
- Conduct independent data analysis contributing to scientific discussion and presentations
- Collaborate with other team members to support internal and external projects
Qualifications
- Master degree in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology or a similar discipline
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and molecular biology
- Experience or knowledge of flow cytometry and ELISA is highly desired
- Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent organization/planning skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Quick ability to learn scientific knowledge and experimental techniques
- Diligent, self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externally
