Manager, Marketing Operations
We are looking for someone who will take charge of Marketing Operations and who can keep the pulse of multiple projects simultaneously and is excited to innovate, analyze, and refine in their daily work. As an integral member of the team, you will work globally with others on the Marketing team and with the Business Development team to make our events stand out.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy that includes participation in conferences, trade shows, industry events, networking sessions, and hosting our own regional events to engage our prospects and customers
- Manage events, ensuring operational success (booking, contract negotiation with the organizer, shipping of materials etc) as well as stakeholder and attendee alignment
- Manage relationships with event organizers and other third parties ensuring delivery to targets
- Maintain and improve KPI dashboards for marketing tactics (events, digital marketing, 3rd party partnerships etc) and Marketing-Sales funnel metrics to enable the Commercial team to make data-driven decisions
- Conduct performance analysis as needed around leads, opportunities, and revenue to inform business decisions
- Collaborate within and across functions to ensure implementation of feedback and continuous improvement of event management practices
- Stay on top of event best practices and bring innovative perspective into event organization and management
Qualifications
- Proven previous working experience in managing events.
- Ability to manage multi-tasks and priorities.
- Creativity
- Experiences with life sciences events is a big plus.
