We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientific Content Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic, science-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for translating complex scientific data into compelling narratives that educate, engage, and convert target audiences within the biotech and CRO space—particularly in immunology and biologics.
This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Business Development, and the Marketing team to create content that communicates our unique value proposition and accelerates prospects through the marketing-sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing campaigns that support product and service launches, corporate initiatives, and brand positioning.
Align content strategies with business goals and key buyer journey stages to maximize marketing impact and lead conversion.
Manage campaign timelines, assets, and performance reporting. - Scientific Content Development
Gain a deep understanding of our technologies, data, and scientific differentiators.
Write and develop high-quality, technical content tailored to scientists and decision-makers—including white papers, application notes, sales decks, eBooks, infographics, and video scripts.
Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to accurately convey scientific value in an accessible, compelling way. - Visual Communication
Transform complex scientific data and concepts into visually engaging presentations and infographics.
Create and oversee the design of visually communicative sales and marketing materials in collaboration with designers and content creators. - Digital Marketing Integration
Ensure all content is optimized for digital distribution—including SEO, EDMs, and social media channels.
Collaborate with digital team members to integrate content into lead generation workflows and nurture streams. - Performance Measurement
Track and analyze content and campaign performance metrics (engagement, traffic, leads).
Report on outcomes and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing or campaign management within the biotech, pharma, or CRO industries.
- Demonstrated ability to write deeply scientific yet accessible content that speaks to technical and executive-level audiences.
- Proficiency in expressing complex value propositions through both written content and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing (EDMs), and content management systems (e.g. HubSpot).
- Experience with project management and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
